OGTherApp is an app that provides a quick summary of Medical Therapy in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. It fulfils the therapeutic requirements of 400 Diseases or Indications; it contains 2,200 drugs and 1,100 Active Ingredients.This App is intended for use by Obstetricians, Gynaecologists and General Practitioners.You can search a Therapy by:1. Diseases or Indications2. Drug 3. Active IngredientAs regards pregnancy, OGTherApp contains information relating to drugs that can be used during gestation.The App is periodically updated with the latest active ingredients and trade names currently on the market.
********************How does it work?********************With OG TherApp you can search for a Disease and view the Drugs that are used in the treatment of the associated illness. From the Drug you can also identify the Active Ingredients it contains and it is also specified whether there is an equivalent drug.Available informations: use of the drug during pregnancy, strength, dosage form, interval between doses, timing of doses, duration of the treatment, informative note, effect of any combinations with other drugs, methods of administration, equivalence between mg - ml - drops, units necessary in accordance with formulas, reference to laboratory tests and patients’ vital signs, site of administration for local injectable drugs, frequency of administration, maximum dose, trimester of pregnancy during which the drug can be administered, further tests to be carried out during the course of the treatment, if the drug is sold only abroad, test doses.
********************Who we are********************Rolli Riccardo graduated from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 1975 with a degree in Medicine and Surgery and he is qualified to practice the profession of Physician and Surgeon. He is a member of the Modena Medical Association.He achieved a Post-graduate university diploma specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Modena in 1983. From 1977 to the present, he has worked at the Ospedale Civile degli Infermi “B. Ramazzini” in Carpi (Public hospital in Modena, Italy), at the “Santa Maria Bianca” Hospital in Mirandola (Modena, Italy), in various state-approved Health Care facilities and he is currently works at the Ospedale Civile (Public hospital) in Asiago (Vicenza, Italy).He has been the Chief Medical Officer of several Operational Units of Obstetrics and Gynaecology since 1997, a position that he still holds to date.He has taken part in more than 200 Conventions, Seminars, Congresses, Refresher Courses as a Speaker, Moderator, Auditor and voluntary attendance in numerous Italian Obstetrics and Gynaecology Wards implementing state-of-the-art Diagnostic and Therapeutic Specialisation Techniques.He has written and had several scientific articles published in both Italian and international magazines.He has performed approximately 2,500 births, 500 Caesarean sections, 8,000 operations (including laparotomic, vaginal, laparoscopic, hysteroscopic surgery, about 300 culdotomic operations and 50,000 obstetric/gynaecological ultrasound scans.
